Neat puzzle! Quite liked that fun exit condition.

Very much enjoyed it.
I still couldn't figure out what the red tendril-like field purpose is.

Oh wow. That wasn't easy to figure out. Also <3.

I did die a lot, even at the very end, but the gradual progression of the puzzle was so good, that it was deffinitely worth it.
I like how you start next to the open exit; I like the area behind the angled panel; I like how you know what the finel step is from the very beginning, and yet the steps towards that ending are pretty challenging.
Some of the layout decisions were a bit frustrating, because I fell into the goo pit several times because of them, but it's nothing compared to the enjoyement I got out of the chamber. Thumbs up!

Very cool map. I enjoyed it a lot. Some steps felt a little repetitive but there were some really good reuses. Thumbs up.

Why would walking through what looks like deadly laser field be a solution that would come to peoples mind? That's very misleading.

finally got to this one. nice.

Yep, the way you describe in your spoiler is the way I did it in the first complete walkthrough I sent you a few days ago – I’m also pretty rubbish at that move. I generally do it fine in normal play, but not when recording it – nerves I suppose ;) Anyway; my problem, not yours – great map.
Mâché  [author] 13 Jul, 2020 @ 2:35pm
Correction: Immediately after writing that, I checked and saw that the literal first comment (from Spacekitty) was about the angled panel. My bad!
Mâché  [author] 13 Jul, 2020 @ 2:34pm
Thank you!
Nobody else had pointed out that you could get stuck behind the angled panel, so I figured that I should kill two birds with one stone.
Your solution was the intended one, yes. There's a really easy way to do the final move: After you do the first jump from the runway closest to the funnel emitter, instead of stopping once you reach the next runway, use the momentum you've already gained from the first runway to perform the second and final jump. Unfortunately, I'm not sure there's a way I can teach that to the player without writing it outright like I just did, or through some mega-jank.
Anyways, thank you again for all your help!

Good update to a great puzzle. I really like the way you turned one trap into anti-trapping for another trap - I though that was pretty clever. I thought I'd make the end move slightly easier for myself, but ended up mucking it up anyway - I'm just rubbish at that move xD intended solution ?

Speculated by some of the more well-known community members. It's fixed now though, apparently! :D
lapicidas 9 Jul, 2020 @ 3:27pm
wow, where yo*ve got this very interesting infos from?
Mâché  [author] 9 Jul, 2020 @ 2:34pm
Fixed!
Mâché  [author] 9 Jul, 2020 @ 2:12pm
@lapicidas apparently the issue with not being able to rate items and whatnot is a problem with the workshop as a whole; some time recently, the number of submissions submitted to the ENTIRE steam workshop surpassed 2,147,483,647, or the highest 32-bit integer, and that's what's caused these problems. That's the theory, at least, and Valve is aware of the issue, but I can't imagine them being able to solve it right away.

As for the breaks you found, those should also be easy fixes. Thank you!

Nice puzzle. It took me close to two hours.
bullfrog 9 Jul, 2020 @ 1:02am
Great puzzle and good fun. I'm not convinced I did all of it by your intended method - if I can remember what I did, I'll record a video to check.

great map!!

Very good Speed Gel puzzle, thumbs up !! I found an unintended move, so you can skip some parts in the first half of the map: https://youtu.be/fsi3VUlPOJk [/].

This map has the same problems as my last one. The name is not shown and in the elevator you can neither rate nor switch to the workshop. Even later, the map does not appear in the objects played. It is probably a current problem between Valve and BEE. May I ask you which version of BEE you have installed?

Fixed, and with no new URL!
Mâché  [author] 8 Jul, 2020 @ 12:58pm
@jgaultney Should be an easy fix! Thank you for letting me know of that unintended move. Fingers crossed it doesn't make a new URL.

I'm guessing my unintended move was:
With the cube on the button that disables the SMALL red fizzler, I then go for a ride
in the blue funnel and at the last moment, I fire a portal into the panel behind that
small red fizzler and the other at the blue funnel panel.
jgaultney 7 Jul, 2020 @ 6:02pm
I put no gel in either of those places, just the middle island and at the orange emitter.
Mâché  [author] 7 Jul, 2020 @ 5:25pm
@jgaultney
Thank you! Which floor did you mean? Under the funnel emitter, or under the portal surface the blue funnel goes into? If it's the former, gel never has to go in there in the intended solution. If it's the latter, that is part of the intended solution.
jgaultney 7 Jul, 2020 @ 3:17pm
An entertaining gel puzzle! It took me awhile to solve but I made it out. :) :bigups:
Should I have put gel on the floor below the blue funnel?
The markings on the floor suggested I should but I didn't.
SpKi 7 Jul, 2020 @ 2:15pm
I enjoyed it. I like that concept involving the exit and orange funnel. I believe it is possible to trap yourself behind the white angled panel in the cube dropper area though. Still, thumbs up.
