hey mate, i was wondering... you seem fairly skilled with these.... i have some ideas, wondering if you could have a look at them and maybe use apply them?
Zeuseus 9 Apr, 2012 @ 2:28am
@Ghost, that appears to be a glitch with a lot of mods that affect smithing perks and/or new armour
Magos 9 Apr, 2012 @ 1:40am
I'm having the same armor smith glitch. After installing this patch working a single item will gave me full armor smithing. I have no idea why.

Hoplite
Heavy Armor 25, Light Armor 25, Blocking 40, One handed 25... also Requirement Deflect Arrows perk
If wearing heavy armor boots, helmet, and sheild with light armor chest and gloves then your blocking and power attacks uses 50% less stamina and blocking 30% more effective. If attack hits and isn't blocked than it restores 50 stamina.
Note: to mimic ancient greek style of warfare.

Hoplite rank 2
Blocking 60 also Requirement Quick Reflexes perk
Now after a successful block your one handed attack speed is increased by 50% for 3 seconds. Adds an additional 20% to blocking effectivness

Testudo Formation
Requirement: Hoplite rank 2 and blocking 80
Frees mixed armor requirment, can now use all heavy armor too (but not all light armor). If you have the bladesman perk it doubles your critical damage chance for 3 seconds after successful block. Power Bash now uses half stamina if your wearing the either armor requirement.
Note: to mimic ancient Roman style of warfare.

Two Handed Parry

Note: to make blocking with two handed somewhat useful strategically

Two Handed Parry rank 2
Two Handed 90
After succesfully blocking an attack with a two handed weapon, if your next attack is a power attack than it strikes at twice as fast with no stamina cost, this time though with a 90% chance of being a critical hit. Time limit 3 seconds after successful block.
Note: to make blocking with two handed more useful strategically

Two Handed Parry rank 3
Two Handed 100
Blocking with two handed now doesn't slow you down and has a 25% chance of blocking incoming arrows
Note: to make blocking with two handed actually useful strategically

Ryus 8 Apr, 2012 @ 6:58pm
Phantom Movement
Illusion 100
Whirlwind Sprint now leaves afterimages of your character (that don't move or target anyone and disapate upon being attacked (aka 1 health and no resistances)) that enemies will mistakingly target thinking they're you. They disappate naturally after 5 seconds. 1 afterimage left per rank of Whirlwind Sprint used, and at each respective distance marker.
Note: Great for running away or giving yourself breathing room or allowing you to get behind them.

Quick On Your Feet
Light Armor 100

Few Ideas...

Charming Flattering Tone
All members of the opposite sex (regardless of age or race) will ignore and not report any minor crime (bounty < 1000) you commit (except stealing there clothes... that kills the spell) if you spoke to them within the last game hour. Also in that time frame they only mention favorable dialog around you for that time period.
90 Speechcraft
Note: Finally a worth while roleplaying perk in the speechcraft tree, perfect for thief characters who charm the members of the opposite sex while pickpocketing there jewlrey with them watcging not caring

Some Ideas

Soul Siphon
Upon Killing a target you heal x amount of health
Would require 50 Restoration; or mabey 50 Destruction but would only heal you when you kill the target with a destruction.

If you have hagraven or hawk feathers in your inventory you take no falling damage
Require 25 alteration or mabey alchemy

Carrion
Allows you to salvage Human hearts/flesh and bone meal from dead humanoid races.
50 alchemy

Night owl
During the night you regenerate stanima x percent faster.
Require 25 in mabey sneak, illusion, restoration or alteration?

Mourning Bird
During the day you regenerate stanima x percent faster.
Require 25 in mabey restoration, or alteration?

Anarchist
Deal x percent more damage against gaurds with one handed weapons
Require 30 one handed (could be any combat skill)
