Honestly not sure about copy and paste, I just build everything block by block, but you can fly if you have cheats enabled.

Thanks for the suggestion, I like the GTA style idea and I'll have to see if I can make it work. I tried to limit the steel usage in these builds because it can make the cost add up quickly. The bases are also designed just for looks and a little bit of protection. For example the office building has a steel vault with storage in it, and is the most secure building in the pack, but still weak.

Oooh I like. Apartment building style, but instead of multiple rooms, it's just one room/apartment on some above floor. Sort of like a GTA apartment building. Other floors are not actually accessible and blocked off with stuff like steel in case the base does get attacked ;-)

I never had a problem with walled compounds in the suburbs. Until you pointed it out just now. Now it seems weird. Way to go dude Its okay though. There is a mod to fix it now.
