@Kipsley if it's just a transf change you can do it on your end without much trouble :D
It's a problem, especially for the old style two-lane roads which don't have barriers. It's a bit unrealistic to see cars stopping... at crossings that aren't flashing their lights despite the train coming.
I have the same problem as OzWally... please read their comment.
It's worth noting that, despite not being mentioned or pictured, this mod does include crossings with no barrier arms for roads with only a single lane in each direction, as is common in New Zealand.
