I did not port this with the intention of it being animator friendly, having it in Source was the only goal meant for my Smash Bros. models. I am not an animator, but I understand that many of my animator friends get by this by using this script:

The result isn't smooth, you only have the faces and bones the game provides, but I personally don't mind how it looks in motion.

I understand that this isn't what you're looking for, but I hope this helps.
In it's current state it is not animator friendly as just making facial expressions via bodygroups make it nearly impossible for smooth animations and it would be great to have controls to make it animation friendly. Bodygroups only work for stuff like Changing props or stuff with Scene transitions where "minmin" in this case would not be on camera so a bodygroup change is better since it is unseen.
Sometimes good models show up here but fail to have this very simple feature and if more effort is put into it this model could be amazing.
This is a really nice model but I have a small request:
Do you think you could give Min Min her arms from when she's eating ramen at the end of her reveal trailer?
