@chase I've never made a compat for those mods. Sorry, however, I am currently rebuilding the mod for 8e rules and once complete I could look into a compat for mods of others choosing.

Well tbh I've been hearing about crashes but non of them have given me reports or any clue as to what is causing it. I am however, completely reworking the mod from the ground up since I was running into formatting issues with the previous few updates. Please join the discord and post the error log if you wouldnt mind.

@M311DOWN Those phases have been added. Due to how turns work in game charge, fight, and shooting phases all happen during the same "Phase" however once engaged there will be a dedicated fight only phase.

@xDeathxCompany I have taken the undertaking of rewriting the mod due to a change in how the DEVs made certain conditions require to be met. The downside is that I have to start over. The Plus side is that I have been able to make a cleaner more streamlined version of what already existed including smoother Melee, better menus, and increased unit options and flexability.

@M311D0WN I am going off of 7e rules. There was no command phase back then, but I will be adding in warlord traits and the like. I have contemplated adding in force rules for specific units but that may or may not happen.

@chasseyjames Absolutely! I have been rather busy with life, and I have decided to rebuild the mod to help with inconsistencies and big changes to base game code. It has set me back a hell of a long way but the new end result is thus far much cleaner and much more functional. This will not be released until it is fully developed however. In the mean time feel free to ask anything about the mod in its current state or report an issue and I will patch the base mod files so it is playable until the new release is ready.

@Jaime Wolf There isnt a ton I can do aside from removing neutral unit type which I'd rather not do, but how about I increase the player starting army and make base defenses more deadly?

Ok the wildlife factions are way to OP right now. I cannot expand without have a massive army. I moved into the center of the map and had 6 chimeras shooting at me from an insane range. Plus tons of scorp bugs and then the hybrids. Not including the neutral base that was also sniping me from what seemed like across the map. it was literally an entire army of neutrals IDK how the AI can even expand.

@Namron I just launched the game without issue. Could you please join the discord and give the crash logs located in your Documents/Proxy Studios/Gladius/Logs so I can know what is causing your crash. Also if you loaded a save that is likely corrupted by the update and I would suggest trying a new game if you havent tried that already.

The immersive Unit Scale from Harbinger works okay. Its not so much that the units are to big for the tile. for me rather they are so small to see. But hey its WIP. Its a great mod and I will certainly keep playing it a lot. Looking forward to the progress.

You're not the first to bring that up, but unless I could increase the size of the hex I cannot fit the bigger units into the hexes and keep some vague sense of scale.

@Namron To my understanding I think that depends on load order. I haven't personally tested any but I would suggest any of the re-scaling mods on the workshop and just ensure they are loaded first. I will say that if the units get any bigger you will have some units taking up a lot more than one hex. The ork boy blob is my best example as to why I have things scaled the way they are. Thank you for the question though and if you run into any issues feel free to let me know as I am working to get this mod as polished as possible with as much of the tabletop mechanics as I can.

Im sorry another thing that also is bugged. Void Strike from the Necron Lord ability. It does not fill charges to use it. For now this is all. I will report more if I find anything on the Necrons.

Any chance of this working with other mods like Chapter of the Imperium, Too many voices and more map sizes? I have tried different load orders and with any other mod enabled it does not seem to be working

so just to inform you after continuing my game i can see both for me and my AI allys/enemys no air units can be made same issue as valks stops on turn one it isn't crashing but cant be made as far as i have tested all chaos/imperial guard/tyrnaids/and space marines airs units aren't able to finish i haven't tried the others but id assume issues the same

I have never encountered an issue like with the valkyrie...I don't understand why there is a "no free tile" issue, but the hellhound has been fixed and I will work on the issues involving melee interactions, which are broken atm, ASAP.

Good news! The Hellhound is an easy fix. As for the engagement issues that one is gonna be a little more tricky. I am removing the "Help Me O'm Stuck" button and I will return the AI's ability to disengage but that will cause them to act like big dumbos and kill themselves on the reg. I will try and see if I can mitigate that in some form, but the AI is just stupid.
