You can't work with bushi-dou because valve made it as "shirt" equip region in May 5 update. Really, really stupid.

When I first got the Sangu sleeves they seemed to work with the bushidou. Then tf2 updated and they've never worked since. Why...?

Clipping is my fault, I think I used an old model file with unfinished rigging. Will get a fix up soon. Shield stuff is at valve's end

to everyone who keeps copypasting this stuff, don't. Give VALID FEEDBACK that would get Valve's attention, not your damn rehashed copied thumbs up. Anyway, Valve should do this because of the fact that this is damn epic. This matches the Half-Zaitochi in the most obvious ways. This armor set should be added solely because of how damn fantastic it looks on the Demoman.
