Btw even on a poster it is seen that the suit is bending and clipping with itself. In game, pyro is allways shlump and it's knees are sligtly bent, which making the suit look like made of rubber or something. The same problem takes place in many games with full-metall exosuits or medieval armor, they bowing following character's motions and even affected with breathing, which looks awkward and making a knight look like a poor cosplayer with linoleum costume.

Originally pyro wearing the potato sack and replace it with metal things without changes in rigging and animations is a not such good idea.

Without those remarcable globe pauldrons it's just a fat Freeman.

I like it, but it's hard to tell if it's a pyro anymore from far away

I don't blame these designers, but Pyro has always been a bit chunky, and this just makes him look Completely fat.

I can respect the effort that went into this, it's absolutely fantastic, but uh... to be honest maybe this is a bit too much? Doesn't really change the pyro's outline too much but like, this looks like an entirely different character from a different game. The base art style is like, sort of TF2? But this just goes so heavily in its own direction that it's kind of unrecognizable as "pyro" for me.
