These alternate defeats are great, I always thought it was stupid that defeating the Brits in Europe means you can just take over all of Canada and Africa.

One thing that'd be cool would be to add a way to force white peace with the Allies if Germany has nuclear weapons, has beaten the Soviets, and Allies control no territory in Europe and North Africa. Then we can transition into a comfy cold war.

Awesome mod! one question tho: could you make the focus “SS-NKVD cooperation” give a bonus to the Soviets as well? Right now it gives Germany units and manpower but gives the soviets nothing in return

No way Soviet Union would peace out even if they lost Stalingrad, Leningrad , and Moscow, The Soviet Union was facing mass murder, they were not going back down

Hey, the USSR collapse triggers when the Soviet civil war ends, despite it being 1938; I haven't even started WW2. I fixed it with the State Transfer Tool and the 'setowner' console command, but Mongolia and Tannu Tuva no longer have armies.
Furthermore, I'm not sure if that event can fire twice, but if it can't, I'll have a hell of a time invading the USSR without it.
If this mod is still active, I'd like this to be patched.

Historically, Finland would highly likely have expanded eastwards, annexing Murmansk and such whilst Germany would have established the various Reichskommissariats in the east leaving the bolsheviks to rot on the other side of the Ural Mountains.

With the exception of Germany, every other country has the generic minor country focus tree. Advice? I've tried it with mods and without. The only way I could get a non generic focus to change was to download a mod specific to that country. Without those only Germany is changed.

Could the play get a choice in making the general government a protectorate like the Ukraine of Norway and if you say all of Czechoslovakia belongs to the reich you can turn the Slovaks in to a protectorate like Ukraine Moscow or ostland

Ukraine is so long because there is also the Reichskommissariat Don-Wolga in it :)

The one where you can puppet Great Britain, Soviet Union collapse, no new focuses (focus trees are same), Mittelafrika doesn't seem to exist even when I controlled whole africa and I think those are the ones I noticed not working. Only thing this mod does for me is, that it adds new Reichskomisariats. Could it maybe be because I don't own No Step Back and By Blood Alone? Also I was playing with only this mod.

Can you add Reichskommissariat Ural if you can because Moskowien was historically never planned to be that big and it was supposed to only cover moskow and some parts of its surroundings. And having a ural puupet to seperate europe from asia is a really cool and a more accurate idea. But I understand If youn cannot do it for any reason. Anyway, still this is a great mod man. I appreciate your diligent work.
