If you want to avoid any confusion, there's an updated version of this map called "Greenway 2020 Revised" in my map collection, and it just comes with the vanilla rails.
@Gustas - Hrm. My next guess is Hide It; do you use Hide It? It has a section under "Effects" for "Ore Area". If you have that active it will hide the ore texture.

@Gustas - I'm not sure what that could be if it's not the theme, unfortunately. The arid looking areas are painted in with the mineral resource and should be brown with the Homecoming theme. Make sure you don't have Theme Mixer active, but if it's not that, it might be worth trying some other themes and seeing if that illuminates anything.

@Chiodo - Are you getting any particular error messages? Not sure what might be causing problems unless you're just over your RAM capacity.
