This mod is great in a lot of ways but Plague Grenade really shouldn't be buffed to outperform Noxious Blast, Incision's bleed being nerfed hurts niche playstyles and should be buffed instead of getting the bonus vs blighted targets, and Corpse Explosion having no stun makes PD way worse at handling backline stress nukes or other irritating threats, especially since blight destroys corpses when it kills

Good changes overall, but I have some remarks on Corpse Explosion and Noxious Blast.

I also have an issue with Corpse Explosion, but it's a bit more fundamental, the Plague Doctor inflicts blight, which doesn't leave corpses. This skill is exceptionally situational. Disorienting Blast had more utility, it allowed you to shut down a priority target's turn and make them more vulnerable by shuffling them into a more advantageous position. It even worked on Large targets on the front line.

Noxious Blast is lacking right now, it's an inferior plague grenade, a stackable blight resistance debuff would make it useful against tougher opponents. Returning the Accuracy debuff and scaling it up a bit could also be a good option.

PD's Corpse Explosion not being able to hit the first enemy feels like hot garbage. Generally you wanna kill the back rank and then transition to stalling off the front - Corpse Explosion allows for an, "oh no", button to press when you just need to nuke the enemy, but not being able to hit the front rank kinda ruins that idea.
