it does definetely work, make sure if you use the debug console, get the second sacrificial altar

thats weird, it worked for me, make sure you are using the correct sacrificial altar item, if you're using the debug console check for the sacrificial altar that has the highest ID

Well tried the mod with Retribution. It didnt accept axolotl
