This is cute. I spent a lot of time at the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk way back when. I like the inspiration you took from a variety of different locations in and around the boardwalk.

My recommendations are to increase the scope of the map to be more true to life. A street out front with shops and the bowling alley, the boardwalk itself overlooking the beach, and some games/rides/shops you can duck into or even navigate through (like Neptune's Kingdom). The brick lighthouse is the only thing out-of-place. I guess you could put it inside Neptune's Kingdom since there's a wooden one in there irl. Again very nicely done.
