No, this is not related to this mod, it doesn't contain anything with hpr prefix.
Check your modlist and activate only mods which are listed in OTWW2 requirements.

I get an error when trying to launch game with this mod(i think its this mod). Saying "Addon 'hpr_december_c_2' requires addon 'WW2_SPE_Normandy_c'". DO you know the problem?

If you're looking for high quality infantry models, you might want to take a look at Spearhead DLC and Second Assault mod.

Hi, no. Original IFA3 textures are not as good as some people think they are.
So I only imported textures that really enhance the look, and without serious mipmap issues - mostly vehicle ones, like BM37, 61K or for Sdkfz 251/1 chassis.
