Except that the Russians made the Model 1914 a whole year before the Germans made the steilhandgranate. Not to mention that the Model 1914 is made from metal instead of the wood like the Germans did. And also not to mention that the Germans made a concussion grenade whilst the Russians made a concussion grenade, had an option for a fragmentation sleeve along with a gas variant of the model 1914

fun fact, the russian fielded the model 1914 grenade before the war started( many other nations like germany, britain, and france fielded their grenades in 1915)
