Are we going to see the Wari empire as a playable civilization anytime soon? Probably one of the most overlooked civs out there
Guarlaon 18 Aug, 2017 @ 7:37pm
one of my fav fanCivs!
Norton 12 Jan, 2017 @ 5:59pm
I would really love for this to be updated with new mod support and bug fixes. Tiwanaku has always been a civilization that interested me.
Norton 25 Jul, 2016 @ 7:17pm
Leugi hasn't done any work since 2014.
Boundegar 25 Jul, 2016 @ 6:36pm
I still don't think this is fixed. My files are dated Jan or July 2015, and marked (v1). I don't think there's a newer version.

Assiilating a CS still causes the game to crash. Also, free shrines added by UA do not get the upgrade +1 faith from Organized Religion. Is this mod still getting updates?

Unfortunately, the Chatallata's inflexibility significantly limits it's usefulness :( Most mountains tend to be surrounded by things which are not plains, desert or tundra so it's very rare that we can actually make it worthwhile.

I have one issue. I allied with Milan and made them have my religion. When it gave me the oppertunity to integrate the city, my game crashed. Other than that great civ.

I loved this one. Very unique, and quite fun to play as. The UU and UI are both really original, and work quite well. I did think it was a little weird though that the UI could only be built on flatland tiles, considering that the Tiwanaku were an Andean civ. The UA was pretty nice, although I only ever got use out of half of it. No city-states joined my empire, even though there were several that had been both allied with me and following my religion for a while before the world congress was founded. It seems like there should be a guarantee of at least the first city-state that satisfies both conditions automatically joining your empire, because it doesn't feel like I quite got adequate value out of the UA. Overall though, wonderful civ.

I'm running into an issue where I can't purchase missionaries. If I finish Bourbodor it properly gives me 3, but I can't actually buy them because they don't appear on the city screen. I can still buy Inquisitors, but no missionaries. If you have any ideas I would appreciate your time!
Coolcrumbshark 13 Oct, 2014 @ 8:13am
ok thanks, i dont know if i downloaded from your link correctly but ill try nevertheless.
Leugi  [author] 5 Oct, 2014 @ 2:25pm
Well, that's bad as I supposedly had fixed those issues already... Maybe steam didn't manage to actually upload the latest version; so I'd try with the direct download link:

http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=22168

If that doesn't work either, I'll look into it (though I was also wanting to make an update, making the CS getting ability a decision rather than part of the UA)
Coolcrumbshark 5 Oct, 2014 @ 2:17pm
I think so, I posted that comment a few hours after subscribing
Leugi  [author] 5 Oct, 2014 @ 2:15pm
@Hugo: Hmn, those seem like issues from an older version, sure you're using the latest one?
Coolcrumbshark 4 Oct, 2014 @ 7:55am
Didn't get the free shrine in my third city (don't have a 4th yet), and the game crashes every time I try to claim the city state.
Leugi  [author] 3 Jul, 2014 @ 7:49am
UPDATE! Major bug fixes, and also managed to reduce the incresed upkeep costs Rikmo mentioned.
Polly Pickpocket 12 May, 2014 @ 1:34pm
I did not receive a free Shrine in the new cities I founded - is that a common problem?
Leugi  [author] 21 Mar, 2014 @ 12:48pm
Upkeep as in manteinance?; hmn; there's nothing that should generate that; but I will check.
Rikmo 21 Mar, 2014 @ 12:07pm
bug (?):Upkeep costs in city-states that merge into my empire, turn up anormaly high (about 50 gold per turn for Jerusalemmarka, in the Middle-Age).
Sunbin 16 Mar, 2014 @ 5:05am
Thank you very much! that's great!
Leugi  [author] 6 Mar, 2014 @ 12:40pm
@KIA: Check the first image/link here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=488283

Be advised though that its not really Tiwanaku's real location; this is because YnAEMP maps are covered with mountains on the place where Tiwanaku and Bolivia should be plced.
Sunbin 6 Mar, 2014 @ 4:10am
Hi, is it compatible with YnAEMP map set?? Some other civ. mods are fiiting in there well. I really really want to have as many as TSL civ in my 60 civ. game.
Arrehan 9 Feb, 2014 @ 2:55pm
Well, bummer. It worked great until I acquired a City-State. When I decline (because it would cause massive unhappiness) the game crashes.
Lady Faraday 3 Feb, 2014 @ 7:57am
Amazing!! Thank you, I'll have a look at them too :)
Leugi  [author] 2 Feb, 2014 @ 6:40am
@Lady Faraday: The Sami and the Inuit are certainly on my Todo-List!, so they'll come eventually :D

About Mesopotamia, although not precisely the same, there's a Sumer mod by Tomatekh, and another one coming too, might want to try those.
Lady Faraday 27 Jan, 2014 @ 4:43pm
Hello! I have to say I really admire your work!! Might I be so bold as to propose further civilisations? If these already exists somewhere I blame my ignorance of all things Internet-y... These propositions would be:
Mesopotamia
The Sami
The Inuit/The Yupik
Thank you for your wonderful contributions to the game :)
RogerMurdock 27 Jan, 2014 @ 6:30am
Nice Civ! But I get the free shrine on the second turn even though I haven't even started researching pottery. Maybe a bug because of the tech bonus the AI gets on higher difficulties?
Leugi  [author] 25 Jan, 2014 @ 10:36am
Update: Fixed the random crash that happened at acquiring a city-state. Also, the Shrines awarded with the UA no longer cost manteinance.
Tavernicus 24 Jan, 2014 @ 8:28pm
Won a succesful science victory as Tiwanaku, awesome civ, well balanced I'd say.
Joe 24 Jan, 2014 @ 8:21am
Okay... But still...
Willem Dafoe 22 Jan, 2014 @ 4:16pm
UA seems a bit OP
Cuki2001 22 Jan, 2014 @ 11:52am
My dream Civ would be the 'House of Borgia', based in Vatican City, led by Pope Alexander VI.

No settlers and can't annex cities. But can bribe to acquire puppet states (abeit 'Merchant of Venice' renamed something appropriate). 20% combat bonus vs City States (Cesare conquests in Italy) and some type specialized Renaissance era unit, possibly a hyped Knight renamed Cesare's Guard, as he excelled as an equestrian, bull fighting on horseback, and combat on horseback.
Leugi  [author] 22 Jan, 2014 @ 11:49am
@ibeableto: There are sometimes issues when subscribing to large mods with Steam; all I can say is, try unsubscribing and subscribing again, and if it doesn't work, try downloading from CivFanatics instead:

http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=22168
ibeableto 22 Jan, 2014 @ 10:59am
Thanks for developing and sharing BUT can someone tell me what to do now? I subscribed and downloaded ... and then nothing. I must be missing the next step.
Leugi  [author] 22 Jan, 2014 @ 8:28am
Heh... well, the face is fairly based on this statue:

http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/0/0a/Huyustus_estatua.jpg/426px-Huyustus_estatua.jpg

Which is the only visual reference we have for Uyustus.

@Crash issues: So, I think I may have a way of fixing the issues, but it would mean acquired City-States not lose their CS status, and thus, they could be liberated by other civs. Will probably have that in the next version.
Joe 22 Jan, 2014 @ 7:00am
What happended to that face?
DIOM 20 Jan, 2014 @ 11:29pm
Leugi: Got that Lua for you.
Jin Lobana 20 Jan, 2014 @ 7:15am
fajne!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BIG BIRD BALLS (BBB) 19 Jan, 2014 @ 9:48am
So this would be a Faithful/Cultural win CIV?
Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra 19 Jan, 2014 @ 8:45am
That face... it haunts me
jon.killi 18 Jan, 2014 @ 11:17pm
australian aboriginees seem unrepresented as civilizations. perhaps one for the future ? there are fascinating aspects to their etnology, history, languages, religions, social institutions. their long time in relative isolation is also worth noting in view of developing a civ.
it seems, for example, the Eve was not their only mother originally (DNA studies on a mummy from the central desert).
PocketLion 18 Jan, 2014 @ 8:30pm
how do i download this?
Leugi  [author] 18 Jan, 2014 @ 7:54pm
@DIOM: Could you please try to check the Lua.log? If you don't know how to set it up check here:

http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=487482

And so the next time it crashes send me the Lua.log file so I can check what might be causing it.
Leugi  [author] 18 Jan, 2014 @ 7:00pm
So... it's hard to fix the crashes since I can't seem to reproduce them... Try giving all the details of what you were doing and what other mods you may be using when the crash ocurred to search its origin.
Buff Valmer 18 Jan, 2014 @ 5:57pm
Eh.
Bilboicus the Great 18 Jan, 2014 @ 2:54pm
[tc]Lord Fedjuve [ITA], an Italian civ would be redundant with Venice and Rome already in the game, but it is still strange to see that no one has made an Italy mod civ...
Lord Kinval 18 Jan, 2014 @ 2:06pm
that awkward moment when i realized that there are mods about almost unknown civilization and there isn't one about my nation...wow
SammyD 18 Jan, 2014 @ 1:30pm
I hope I like it
Nevermore 18 Jan, 2014 @ 11:12am
Great, awsome !
Leonardo DaVinci 18 Jan, 2014 @ 10:25am
The MOD does not work. The unit controls are all wrong. This makes the MOD inoperable.
Let us know when the bugs are worked out. The whole idea of Tiwanaku and the CIV abilities looked pretty awesome.
DIOM 18 Jan, 2014 @ 9:26am
Crashing hard in CS joining menu.
