The autohaul is a vanilla issue. Just try it with the normal automatic refineries. Fucking nightmare.

The indoor Iron and stone Refinery are at level 2 for 1 ancient science book a piece and the indoor steel is lvl 3 for the same

Is there an indoor version of the item melter? Hard to get raw iron in the city, but bandite is always plentiful.

I can get one person to autohaul, but if I put too many of these in one building it turns into a nightmare.

You're never allowed to quit. Until Kenshi 2. Then you're doing that.

Mindoor did this but their system is kinda backwards to yours. Either you can unlock everything from start OR you can do the option when indoor option is unlocked at the last tier.

Ah I figured it out! There's two arrows outside of the refinery name that act as a swap between 1-3 refineries and the indoor refinery was in there. Hope this helps someone as well!

If I remember it's in the left/right menu on the normal refinery versions.

Quick question, not sure if it's been brought up in the thread but I've researched for an indoor refinery but I can't find it in the build list. Any suggestions?

Verdict is in. This is superior to all of the others I still have in my load list over the years. It is not OP, the stations take reasonable space, and a significant amount of materials. The AI has NO problems pathing and loading/unloading them. They look good for the function.

My favorite of the bunch.

They should be in the same tab as the normal refineries if I recall, just click the arrows in the build menu when selecting them.

And they also should be in the research menu after you've unlocked normal refineries, cannot remember which tier they are though.

Under what section do I find the research for the indoor refineries?
if they're unlocked by normal refinery research, where might I find them in the build menu?

You're welcome, I like the idea too personally and will be using it in my own saves for early~early mid game and outpost bases in cities.

I may do a 'secret mine' mod to go along with this for digging interior mines. lol
