Finally hammered out the 1.10 update. Steam Workshop was weird when testing. Turns out, the workshop can randomly break mods.

No, only players have access to the decision trees. I will be exploring Kaiser Reich and other overhaul compatability at another time that is more convenient for me.

Does the AI also have access to these decisions?

keep crashing on latest version (only other mod is kaiser) disabled this, working ok now, seems to crash when country changes alignment to unaligned

Pretty good mod overall, have to say that it works well with my other cheat mod....lets just say it's double the cheats and everyone is at war, lol.
