I guess the custom music didn't get copies over but I can help you.

Please navigate to the following: \Duke Nukem 3D\gameroot\workshop\maps\217027140\rott.zip and find ROTT.ogg and copy the file.

Then please navigate to: \Duke Nukem 3D\gameroot\music\usermaps and put the ogg file in there.

Try playing the map again and the new music should play, it should anyway in the Public beta.

how can I play the music Goin' Down the Fast Way?
Pressing F5 isn't the solution, isn't it?
