@dallasbeek: last I heard Petruxa's no longer able to keep ECC properly up-to-date and no-one else has taken over.

@henk: Possibly. I haven't looked into that because Bug Branch already adds authorities that are more-or-less equivalent to Private and Cooperative and I really don't see the point of having two sets.

Issue- it looks to me like Petruxa might have missed some stuff while updating Ethics and Civics Classic to 3.x, so I'll leave off updating the patch until either that's fixed or Petruxa clarifies that the stuff in question is intentional.
