Any Chance you can swap the Transport Ambulance and the Normal Ambulance icon around please as its not correct .... eg you have the transport Ambulance showing as a normal Ambulance

If I may make a suggestion, the Paramedic Fly Car should still be a car. A bit like the police car but with green chevrons.
This modification seems to turn it into a van icon. In the UK, Paramedics often use Skoda Octavia style cars for responses. More often than anything else.
The van icon used here would be appropriate for a paramedic technical vehicle of some kind though! Nevertheless, I love the mod, it's cool to see British style units in my UK city map.
