Yes, its accuracy is supposed to be affected by Blind, but this can be changed by opening the mod's actions_verglamancer.txt file and changing the chance=d:iceProjectileAcc; of Verg_rimeShot to chance=d:iceAcc; .

Is Rime supposed to have it accuracy reduced by Blind? I was going to use Sacrifice to boost Rime's damage but then i won't be able to hit as reliably

Counter Splash works similarly Counter Mirror but deals fixed ice damage and also inflicts Wet instead. It should trigger from friendly attacks. The formula for the damage is d:iceDmg or your MagAtk + your Ice skill.

So counter splash works across distances even if you have a melee weapon? And it doesn't trigger from friendly damage?

Isolated Sphere says it freezes targets on the inside of the sphere, but it also freezes targets who are standing where the barriers would spawn. Is a radius 3 instant freeze skill really a good idea? Also the duration on the tooltip doesn't take into account ice skill.
Secondly, you can pretty easily apply Wet to multiple targets with Condensate, which means Ice Breath isn't too hard to freeze with, and it turns out the duration of the freeze can get really high. Wet provides a bonus to freeze duration, did you take that into account?

The tooltips for Aqua Wave and Ice Breath have no numbers for the damage values.
Isolated Sphere's ice carapace duration on the tooltip is missing the time symbol for some reason.

@Lucaser221 I am pretty sure all modded classes go on that line. Paul has made a lot of good class mods in the past that are not on the workshop right now(although the balance with some of them is debatable) along with his nightingale class mod. It is probably those and the spellsword mod. You can find those mods in the modding discussion section on steam.
