Can I alter the code of this mod and distribute under my own name?

I have this before, just came back playing this game again and I noticed that I don't have this on my workshop subscribed. Did something happen to the original workshop?

Am I allowed to alter, edit, include, or publish this mod without permission?

Hey, thanks for your concern! I don't think that's a thing for mod as I can only Report abuse or file a DMCA via Steam. Well I just hope it doesn't happen again.

That I don't know lol. I heard they've been removing stuffs but I don't use it so nothing much for me to spot. It's simply too large to comb through.

I remember another mod of a new spacesuit, like ultra-modern black. I think it was another person's mod, that also got taken down and since then I can't remember what it was called.

but for your problem of the stealing of this mod I think steam sould have a "clerify this ownership" like what the artwork upload is like.

That has gotta suck. Just like the FU dev saytard stealing tons of mods. Well good to see you back than and I do as well hope it doesn't happen again.

I managed to DMCA him for Realistic Life but nonetheless that made me really demotivated but I didn't quit immediately though. Then life gets in the way and I decided to nuke everything. I hope this doesn't happen again...

I'll upload the rest of my mods subsequently if the Forum Moderator managed to recover back my mods since I've most of my descriptions detailed there. I can upload some minor mods like this first I guess.

It's a bunch of stuffs that made me nuked everything but you might have noticed the three liners I added on top and bottom of the description; it's because someone else stole/altered my mod without any permission and credit at all. It was a blatant copy without any edit and whatsoever.

Realistic Life was the one and I wasn't the only victim. The other one I found was RealismBound and it seems like the original author compromised or something since the "newer" mod is still here but it is credited now, at the very least. I think that skeptical "author" even copied some other gun mod now.
