Given that backline is usually the most dangerous enemies (Stressers or criters) I'd say demon pull is the best of his abilities. It clears corpes and moves enemies forward to your hard hitters instead of taking pot shots at them (Except pos 3 enemies) with lower accuracy moves like pistol shot. If he's fast you can pull pos 3 forward and point blank a witch for a potential 2 turn kill.

I think that Occultist isn't supposed to deal a lot of damage with the stab, so the blled is unnecessary IMO. However, the destealth on Pull is genious
