I fixed that rulebook URL, but I forgot that I had a different rulebook for each version, and another was broken as well. It's now fixed, and I uploaded both to steam cloud so they shouldn't break in the future. Thanks for reporting!
Thanks for letting me know. I'll be sure to fix it soon.
It seems to be working fine on my end. I see in the previous comments that this was an issue in the past. I don't remember if the person added me to troubleshoot, but if you add me I can make sure to fix the issue for you. In the meantime, this issue seems to only happen if the host is lagging, so you could try having someone else host.
On the first turn the starting player cannot click their tokens to "no thanks"
I'm unsure why it's happening then. Could you add me on steam and I could troubleshoot when you have some time? Sorry about the issues. It's real strange for the computers to take a card, since they don't technically click any buttons.
Just updated it to wait a little longer to enable the tokens to account for slower machines. Please let me know if you still have the issue. Thanks.
No, you should be able to play tokens. There may be some framerate thing that is making the tokens not be clickable in time for the first turn. I'll adjust it and update and hopefully that fixes it for you. Thanks for reporting!
Yeah, the point of removing card is since the person who takes a card gets another turn, they could just take the rest of the deck if they are ahead and connect all the cards. It could be a fun joke for 1 game, but it wouldn't be worth trying twice. I could add an option for variable counters though in my next update. Might be interesting to try having less/more counters.
What did you have in mind? Did you want to add more or less counters to change the difficulty? I think the base rules are pretty balanced right now. Adjusting counters wouldn't be a big deal, but removing less cards could really mess up the balance of the game.
You aren't the first to ask about that game. It's a possibility, but there a lot of games in front of it on my list. Already started on the next game this weekend, which will be my most ambitious yet. :)
