Report a translation problem
1) are you sure you are subscribed, it seems stupid to ask, but I had issues with "subscribed mods" not showing on my subscribed list.
Then
2)Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\downloads
and check if there is a folder named "600480" that Megaquariums ID. You see a folder it means that the download is in "wait"/paused. Restart Steam to kickstart it.
If not
3) Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\600480\2172591293
"600480" is Megaquarium and "2172591293" this mod ID. Copy paste the folder to Documents\My Games\Megaquarium\Mods. As a temporary fix, Steam will fix the issue by itself later. Took me 3 days to fix a download error like this one with a game called Stellaris.
