With my friend we tried both in Mortal empries and in Vortex and it doesnt work, the objectives are the same, we tried faction like empire / dwarves or Thrott and The sisters of twilight but it doesnt work, it is possible that you look at it ?

Hey @Wolfy, Similar to the previous comment, I'd love to see a style of objectives for the main mod available as a multiplayer sub-mod or series of sub-mods.

All co-op campaigns are tied to the razing or conquering X limit with no true or thematic objective aside from conquer and many co-op players would like to see actual objectives. I'm not sure if there's a way to track 2 types of short victory objectives, but probably the easiest implementation would be a co-op specific sub-mod based around faction alignment ( Order, Chaos, Ruin / Destruction ).

Or could be as specific as the main mod's current objectives if you can track 2 factions. Thanks for the mod regardless!

@Wolfy could you made a mod that bring campaigne victory condition or you'r inside the multiplayer system, i think this kind of mod could be really popular for the multiplayer feeling

Just did a head to head campaign with reikland vs itza, and the game unfortunately ended as soon as reikland hit 100 settlements even though it said the limit was 999, even with this mod being at the top of the load order (though under the main mod and framework)

I installed the mod for 999 razed settlements for my Head to Head game. In game it still says 100 settlements required.

As long as it works, I see no problem. Again, conditions are updated on turn 1 via a script that loads after the first action. It's normal to see some discrepancies.

ye but it didn't only say 100 at turn 1

even later on it said 100, until you clicked on the objective button again

but i haven't tested to see what happened after getting 100 settlements, so can't say if it was just a virsual bug

Explained quite a lot of times here. The mod acts on turn 1, so description is 100 till then.

i haven't tried with the newest patch, but i remember that it still said 100, until you clicked the objective again, then it said 999

not sure if that's how it usually is as i haven't tested it in vanilla ^^

Interesting, it might be that some other mods extend it to 140, possibly. Thanks, i will try your mod, hopefully I'll be able to pain the whole map finally in our coop campaign. :)

100 is the default, I change it to 999. Any update on the base should not affect the mod, as it overrides the vanilla value.

In the description, you've mentioned that 100 captured settlements are needed, but it's currently at 140 for Mortal empires, at least with my current Reikland/Couronne campaign. Did you already test, whether it works past the current 140 settlements rule?

I actually have a similar problem where it says 100 but when you click on the button showing it then it says 999 again, however after playing the campaign to completion it ended early at 100 settlements captured

Updated. I did not test it because it's hard to test a multiplayer mod that is not publicly released. Send feedback and we'll see. I, thought, expect it to work perfectly.

Now Co-Op multiplayer campaigns are also extended. Support for the new factions (Heralds of Ariel, Clan Moulder and Wargrove of Woe) has also been included. Hope you love it!

I'm lately taking my time to update and add content because I have not been playing Total War for months (not a problem, just lack of time/other interests). So, you know, if I have not time to play it's hard to find time to mod.

I just read it again considering the context and I could have gotten it wrong. I understand you are not asking the typical "create a deep coop submod for all factions" but "add 999 turns for coop". Am I wrong? The fist case, what I said. Second case, I'll consider. Should not be a big deal.

Well, you have to create custom conditions for each pair, so it's there is a lot to be done. You can try to keep it generic but people expect very huge conditions that I can not do by myself. It's a lot of work on research, design and programming and I do not even play coop.

I get this question like three times per week. I do not play coop so I am not going to create a full mod just to support something I do not use. The framework is open, so anyone willing to create a coop submod is able to do it. Just not me.

Also whenever the campaign objectives icon is selected it shows that the objective is 100 settlements until we click on the icon that says the objective is 999

I recently did a multiplayer campaign with this activated, however when my friend hit 100 settlements (they were playing as Chaos and their vassals together owned almost 100 settlements and the rest were razed settlements) and the game ended right as they razed one of my settlements, presumably the 100th settlement total either owned or razed by his side

Thank you for this mod, it is really great to be able to play long campaigns without the game suddenly ending without our consent.
