If you want to generate a reliable (more reliable than default navmeshes) navmesh, spawn the Sanic nextbot into the map and it'll ask if you want it to generate one. Keep in mind, I know of two mods that REQUIRE built-in navmeshes (so the generated one doesn't work), but that's super rare.

just turn on sv_cheats 1, and type it in.
it will generate you a normal navmesh or ai nodes i dont really know.
it will save and be there even if you restart gmod and start the map again.

You forgot to add some corpses. You could add some blood under the doors of the fake rooms. maybe sounds of zombies coming from the inside. those rooms should be blocked with boards. Maybe a little sign that says infected area. Dead inside. Also it would be nice if the floors were really connected. That teleport thing anannananna.You can make some stairs, a working elevator. Zombies can't open doors in this map. It should be fun if you could add destructable doors. These are just suggestions. You have done a great job as it is and We mucho appreciate your job. Bye
