This will be outdated at this point. Sorry ... adding the spawn variety isn't too hard in the editor. If you just want to add spawns for already existing creatures, it is just adding a line into the file. (New creatures need all the models and textures and stuff though)

can anyone tell me if this mod works still or not? I really want spawn variety but it seems like they are all outdated.

There are no babies that I am aware of (unless they somehow spawn from adult spawners) ... I never added them as we use Pippa and just add a store for babies we want.

Unfortunately, with the way this mod works, the only way I could add babies would be to add them to the adult spawners ... which would add them map wide at any location the adult is, rather than at set locations like vanilla babies. (Or override baby spawns, which would add the wrong babies to areas, possibly guarded by the wrong adults)

As such, at this time, I am not going to be adding babies at all. I do recommend a Pippa store as the easiest method though. (You probably need to be an admin or in single player to make a store though)

So there are spawns for the grown adult animals from Siptah, but I haven't found any baby pets from Siptah yet. Is that intended, or am I just unlucky so far?

I change the spawn table and add new entries, I don't touch the map ... so it depends on how the modded maps (or siptah) actually spawn things. I don't play other maps so I can't test it.

This is my update of the original so most of the same content will be there ... just edited to suit our server.

It seems the original is no longer supported. I will try this one out, and hopefully it will scratch that same itch for providing variety to the spawns.
