I think this should be a secondary weapon more than anything else. Giving a half stun effect. Enemies can still fight, but they move more slowly until they recover.

Just not seeing how this is designed as a weapon. While the slingshot is a great ideao for a wep (I recall having a conversation about this with someone on a pub server a few months ago when I had the idea), this appears you made a cosmetic item and called it "slingshot as weapon". Noting there "item slot: misc" and no images or animations representing it as a weapon so I am gathering that this is just another faux weapon like the fortune hunter. I love the design, and looks like it would be a great wep idea, but I think the people commenting here are under the impression it is a weapon when it is actually submitted as yet another fashion item. I guess it is more realistic though to imagine it being approved as I don't even believe Valve has any interest in any new weapons this year just as last year was a rather dry one. Anyway, nice submission, a misunderstood one obviously, but nice work none the less.

should be a primary weap, while unequiped, appears in the pocket, while active, appears in the hand.
I know that steam wont do this bit but I felt like saying this
deals a measly 1 damage per hit.
Launch a chargeable projectile similar to huntsman, however deals 10 damage (20 on headshot) , and accuracy is cut in a third while moving. (1 ammo, regens in 3 seconds.)
if a moonshot is landed, it could stun the target for 1 seconds.
-10 hp... (man this would make the scout so anoying XD)

Really awesome weapon idea! The name could use a bit work, but otherwise great idea! :D

You know what would be cool? They can program this for the demoman so it's a grenade slingshot! Sounds lame, but I think it's pretty cool!

I feel like this can also be used by sniper. Regardless of that, this here is a good weapon for Scout.

I like the wood grain texture and the "handmade" look, it fits with the 1960s setting and Scout's working class background and "street gang hooligan" youth.

Whoa. I had been thinking about a slingshot as secondary weapon for the Scout for some time, because he would totally have had one as a boy. But I'm not a 3D-modeller and Valve rarely puts new weapons from the Workshop in, so I gave up on that idea.
