However, like with the move itself ,anybody is free to take any portion of it and modify it for their own use (in fact I encourage it, as that's in the spirit of Fire Pro to me). So somebody might get to it before me anyway :P
We're living in the golden age of Fire Pro and this guy right here is still setting new standards.
That said, even though I did do the Rock Bottom, I have to confess I'm actually not a fan at all of WWE, neither past nor present; I only did this as a sort of "trial run" project to see if I could do it. I'm mainly an old school puroresu fan, so most of my moves in the future will probably be classic AJPW, NJPW & AJW stuff, mixed with both classic and modern indie moves.
I won't rule out WWE moves entirely (I would like to make a complete Rock move set eventually, with a proper People's Elbow, Spinebuster, Samoan Drop, Jumping Clothesline etc), but I don't want to give people false hopes, as my personal taste will probably draw me mostly towards puro stuff.
A user on Reddit asked about porting the move to PS4, which would require posting the entire formula for every frame, and honestly it sounded like too much work. But maybe I should consider doing it, if that'll help people make their own non-pin and PS4 version...
Would posting the formula work for you, or would it be too much work to have to recreate it?
I was actually working on a non-pin variant the last couple of days, as it was always my original plan to make both a pin and non-pin version. But in the end I just didn't like how it looked (it felt kinda wonky), and I'm honestly kinda tired of working on this move, so I scrapped it :P.
That said, others are free to make their own non-pin versions if they want to. And I won't rule out taking another shot at making one myself in the future.
Love that pin animation at the end.
