I ran directly at a I hit a "simfphys / GTA SA Public Service / Taxi" directly on its trunk which caused the vehicle to rock, I tested with and without any vehicle occupants and it doesn't seem to be a problem with Decent Vehicles or Background Citizens/NPCs

I love a quake-like experience, it doesn't exactly suit every situation but it is fun. However, I happened across a bug when I ran up to a simfphys vehicle and beat it with the hammer:

It is required by default because most of addons need textures or sounds from css
