You mean the music when she "sings" when you're near her? Sometimes she repeats the same music instead of playing lost_little_witch 1 to 4. If so, I know this is a L4D2 bug, no worries.

@Lycanroc ;well, if you mean the song of when we are close to witch in your (walker mode), I did some tests without my active mod and realized that with or without the mod this will happen. so unfortunately, this is the problem of the game itself. And the pitch problem was solved, thanks for letting me know.

Ey btw, I think her wandering music is a little bit glitchy. I hear audio bugs. Sitting Witch is okay however.
