New Steam Group For Killing Floor Content Creators

This groups goal is to bring the communities of Killing Floor 1&2 together so that they can share their creations and expertise with other community members. It is also a great place to put together and manage team projects through the Steam client.

This group is not meant to replace the Tripwire Forums, but to supplement it and give it a second home on the Steam platform where it is easily accessible to the general public.

EDIT: Nevermind, there was something wrong with the file I uploaded (blaming SDK for that). Updated to fix it.

That's pretty strange. Specimens had been invisible before I fixed it. I tested the current version on a dedicated server, and it was working properly. Try re-subscribing in case you still have the previous one installed.

edit: the invisible specimens tend to show up no matter what is selected. They also can be killed like normal specimens, but form 'blockades' when they die: invisible blocks that never vanish and cannot be passed by.

Anyone else getting invisible specimens?
It makes the game pretty unplayable when you can't see what you're shooting at. Any solutions to this?

The mutator has been fixed. Also, now all event zeds can be used at any time.

that looks better. im seeing the christmas fleshpound's head grow when it is attached to a clot. It was just throwing me off. still awesome. I know this would be too much work for you, but is it possible to choose which zeds are randomed in. Like I want to face only halloween crawlers, just so I can see them legless, and I know some people would only use the stalker models.
this is not a complaint or something you need to do, just a fun idea.

A random zed is supposed to have the same head scale as the one being replaced. I can change the scale slightly, though I doubt it'll be very noticeable considering how ridiculous random zeds look anyway. Here's an example of a bloat gorefast so you can see the difference.

I don't plan on adding missing event zeds with my mutator, so circus zeds will have to wait until summer.

Like the description says, circus zeds can't be used right now. Tripwire removed them from the game after the Summer event, which is also why the option to enable them isn't visible.

I just played it with the two events on. I found it hilarious that the patriarch was a halloween crawler. Invisible legs were awesome. Everyone should get this, for fun at least. And how do you add the circus zeds?

I add it on my server (77.111.254.55:27015), very funny and we can play with all event zeds(halloween, christmas and normal XD ), but i can't choice circus zed in mutator config (need to go in the file KFRandMut.ini to add it)

It's random for every zed that spawns.

I don't think it's possible to make a mutator like this that works only client-side, and modifying game files would likely cause a mismatch error when trying to play online.

I just have one more question. 3:How did you do this? Is it random when each individual one spawn, or when the wave spawns? There is another mod like this, but it chooses when the wave spawns, so with faked players mut at max, I only get three clots, one gore, and two bloats. Which when the number of zeds in wave 1 is 800, seeing only the crawler as a gorefast can be quite boring.
