Any chance for a non-extender version?

I can't upgrade a ring. I bought 5 quicksilver and it still didn't work combining the 5 with the Ring. It was of rare Quailty

Just want to comment here in case anyone else decides to check the comments for a fix like I did. Load order DOES matter for this. Putting this after "Interesting uniques" I noticed that the stats were normal for a lot of uniques. Turned on debug mode and sure enough sourcerous sundries was taking priority.

I moved this mod to before interesting uniques and everything seems to be fixed now.

So, when I activate this, Sourcerous Sundries does not appear in the Main Menu mod list like the description says. What's going on?

@Kvothe when mods dont show up it seems like its a random or common problem. Check out this steam forum link for a guy talking about finding and moving the .pak from a specific folder path to the correct path where the mods go. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/435150/discussions/0/3159763879064256593/

It's not showing up in my mods list. Is really really compatible with definitive edition ?

Can anyone help me in upgrading equipment?
The items upgrade, but when I reload my save all items go back to normal. I don't understand why.

Confirming that this fixes Interesting Uniques

Works well, thanks. I do think though that belts are supposed to be equipment, not jewelry, for what allows them to upgrade.

Does this work together with the mod "Interesting Uniques"?

Seems to work perfect!

So will this resolve the issue I was having where loading Sourcerous Sundries with Crafting Overhaul made it so the upgrade materials from the former wouldn't actually do anything?

Main reason I want to use this in conjunction with Crafting Overhaul is because while that mod does allow upgrading equipment, it requires gold bars which are a pain in the rear end to actually find, and I don't like having to hoard all the rings and amulets I find just so I can break them down for gold bars.

Can confirm this mod does its job and does it well, my friend and i have been doing a run together and only found out *after* enabling the gift bag that it doesnt like to work well with interesting uniques and forced us to reload everytime (a 15-20 min endeavor) this has mitigated the amount of time we spend getting the game started to just the initial bit of him joining the lobby. Thank you so much and good work :praisesun:

No idea, as I don't know everything Conflux changes. I'd ask the author.
dishwasher 27 Jul, 2020 @ 3:40pm
I meant Conflux with CO
LaughingLeader  [author] 27 Jul, 2020 @ 3:21pm
Do I think Conflux will work with CO, or this mod will work with CO?

Sourcerous Sundries basically adds a few recipes for upgrading various equipment types with the different upgrade materials, which requires the weapon stat to have the appropriate upgrade category on it (i.e. weapons should have UpgradeWeapon).

What this mod does add those various categories to all non-NPC equipment stats, by appending the category to the item's already existing categories, if it has any. That's what should make it work with any modded item essentially.

For instance, CO adds an item stat called "WPN_Sword_2H_Unique_Air", which has the categories "TwoHandedSword" and "CuttingTool". So this item will get "UpgradeWeapon" appended on it, making it work with the upgrade recipes.

Thank you. Testing Conflux later today. Do you think it'll work paired with the crafting overhaul mod?

If you don't see anything in the downloads, restarting Steam can make it download workshop content.
LaughingLeader  [author] 27 Jul, 2020 @ 2:41pm
When you subscribe, it will automatically download through Steam. You can check your Steam downloads tab and you should see workshop content for DOS2.

Load order shouldn't matter, since the crafting recipe categories get added to equipment after mod stats have been loaded (thanks to an extender script).
Nilserrich 27 Jul, 2020 @ 3:59am
Very good! Thank you. Are there any things to consider regarding the loading order?
