many differences, in speed freak you can jump instead of roll, you don't need tech, and some other things minor things like refill secondary, 2.5x higher gravity, antlionguard spawns, biomass ignition by flares, extinguisher freezes aliens. Point of turbo is to leave the core gameplay how it is but only difference is game is 1.5 times faster
