Great map and introduction to the series. I thought I had broken something for a start, so had to go back and replay it.

I am ready to continue the series! (i've already beat the bonuses but not the original ones) One of the best overgrown levels so far.

Nice overgrown map, but then again I pretty much expect great things from your pen (keyboard?). Onward!
DaimeneX 5 Jan, 2016 @ 3:02am
Okay now the game is stable 60. I don't know what happened before
DaimeneX 5 Jan, 2016 @ 3:00am
Is it just me or did the map cause my computer to meltdown...
Just as GLaDOS said that the element caused heart failure my game fps started jumping from 1 to 60 xD
Volodymyr 19 Oct, 2015 @ 3:44pm
Simple to solve, fun to play.
riia 16 Jul, 2015 @ 2:21pm

the one Lpfreaky90 made
SP2G50000 1 Jul, 2015 @ 7:43am
No i mean the red fizzler not the inqusison field
srs bsnss  [author] 1 Jul, 2015 @ 7:18am
The yellow fizzler texture can be found here: http://forums.thinkingwithportals.com/downloads.php?view=detail&df_id=1597 !
As for the settings in Hammer, it's just a trigger_portal_cleanser with the texture applied and the "Clients" flag unticked.
SP2G50000 30 Jun, 2015 @ 3:11pm
Where can I download that death fizzler?
Nobody No-One 10 Aug, 2014 @ 10:52am
Wonderful introduction to a concept. Reminds me of how valve introduced and then built on a concept, before getting to advanced puzzles with it.
robin_z 4 Jun, 2014 @ 12:22am
I had a lot of fun! This is a fairly easy level, so good for beginners.
srs bsnss  [author] 10 May, 2014 @ 10:16am
Could you give me a link to the map? I'll look and see what the issue is.
MaxWolfHeater 10 May, 2014 @ 8:02am
Here's the thing: I published a map created in the Authoring tools, downloaded my own map, but there is absolutely uniform white light, while in the Authoring tools I did yellow, for example.
Please tell me how to deal with it? It takes the lighting wasn't that?
srs bsnss  [author] 10 May, 2014 @ 2:26am
Depends what the lighting problem is. What exactly is going wrong?
MaxWolfHeater 10 May, 2014 @ 1:32am
Srs bsnss,
after the publication had problems with the lighting in the published map? If there was something that you have undertaken a: maybe some light_fix or through env_cubemap somehow?
srs bsnss  [author] 6 May, 2014 @ 8:46am
@Maxim I used prop_statics in the Portal 2 Authoring Tools
MaxWolfHeater 6 May, 2014 @ 6:53am
As was made foliage (plants) in this map?
ULNSticky 25 Apr, 2014 @ 3:29am

stormsend 19 Apr, 2014 @ 12:16pm
Great job. Thanks.
The Sojourner 17 Mar, 2014 @ 4:03am
Some time has passed and the map is still looking good.
wildgoosespeeder 31 Jan, 2014 @ 12:46pm
This was a great introduction.
tocguy 26 Jan, 2014 @ 8:57pm
Nicely visual but a bit obvious in the puzzle area.
GalaxyZero 26 Jan, 2014 @ 4:55pm
You guys don't have to spam your maps here. Kind of a dick move if you ask me. You're practically saying "Cool map, but can you see mine?". Kind of offensive when you put it on someone else's map page.
sarokurzmeyer 26 Jan, 2014 @ 10:22am
you should do more of these maps!

good work
Konke 25 Jan, 2014 @ 12:01pm
Thank you for a satisfying first experience of a puzzle series. I look forward to testing the next puzzle maps. The scenery is well crafted and the puzzles of this map are simple - just like you said they would be. Simple and fun. It can at times be easy to forget that simplicity does not always mean boring. Cheers!
Sat_k7 25 Jan, 2014 @ 7:27am
It was nice. but easy
srs bsnss  [author] 25 Jan, 2014 @ 2:52am
As the popularity of these maps starts to wind down, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who played this map, and any others in the pack. I certainly achieved everything I wanted to achieve with these maps, and that's because of the players. So thank you! :D
Ma$ter T 24 Jan, 2014 @ 5:02am
Thumbs Up
