Thanks for good time I've spent on your map !
@dmuk
I did the same thing, thinking it was intended! The funny thing is that the way srs did the trigger is that activating the funnel turns off that anti-cheating safeguard. In other words, you can activate the funnel with the cube and then use the cheating solution, and glados won't stop you... But it's pretty much pointless.
Very fun to solve the test.
reuse their portals for different purposes, like switching from the light bridge to the funnel . Each part of the puzzle rewarded careful thought; if like me you rush in brashly without thinking too much you earn yourself some backtracking as punishment.
I also liked the glowing button bases very much.
Originally before public release I beta tested this chamber. Using only the light bridge, I was able to solve it. You can still attempt it but something different happens...

This updates fixes any potential cube dropper bugs, and employs more intuitive and helpful anti-cheat mechanisms.
In my 2nd comment I used the ceiling and good timing. I love the Inquisition series, so it's important to me that they play inuitively. One could argue that if players resort to finding alternative solutions, the intended solution was obfuscated by the test chamber design and its elements.
I can't think of a solution to the problem though since I honestly couldn't find the inended solution for the test chamber.
Playthrough
The Inquisition: Part Three. Reaching OPEN exit door after activating excursion funnel, but then using bypass from previous screenshot. I didn't use the excursion funnel for anything but to carry the redirection cube onto the super button.
I'm not sure if this is the intended solution, but if it is, it's bad design to not link dots from the active excursion funnel to the door to show that it's a requisite for an orange check box.
@Andros Do you mean in the BTS hallway, the PTI vote screen didn't appear? Or the exit door didn't open? If it's the latter, see above. If it's the former, I'll check the logic to see if I've made a bad connection.
Throughout the official portal test chambers we are taught to get to the exit door in whatever way is easiest after we've made sure all the blue X's around the door turn orange and get tick.
In this test chamber, I understand that by bypassing many of the test elements I have not met at least one of the criteria necessary for the door to be able to open, but since it has no checkboxes, I should be free to assume it will open once I stand in front of it.
by step: 1. do blu portal to laser road, yellow to other wall, go on laser road through yellow portal. 2. stay on laser road, do yellow portal in top white wall with net. go through blu portal, see the net. do blu portal in ceiling. after tht, sometimes, you go through the net and can make blu portal to laser road.
Sorry for my bad english)
