@Tapel, No it doesn't turn raids off. Only incidents which colonist join, such as walk ins ect.

Does the scenario turn off raids? 2 Quadrums in and no raids and only 1 manhunter rat so far. (Randy, Adventure Story)

@Spectre Incarnate Thank you, yeah I think that mod would go perfectly. I've never used it myself (I prefer Tibial start), but it looks pretty cool.
