Excellent choice of Danganronpa music for each in-game situation for Binding of Isaac! =) Coincidentally, Masafumi Takada, the composer for Danganronpa, remixed some of his best tracks for the Japanese version of Crypt of the Necrodancer.

Yes, it's Adversidad intermitente from Danganronpa Re Birth now. Excavation Imagination has been switched to Mines. List is updated now.

eh, All All Apologies is more ominous/darker sounding than despair syndrome. Both are relatively calm, but between the two Despair fits the empty room the boss used to be in more due to how quiet/empty sounding it is.

reiterating what I said a few months ago, the devil room music and boss beaten song should be swapped. Despair Syndrome much better fits the mood of the devil room than beating a boss.

Mod's been updated. Everything should work fine, though do let me know if some things aren't quite right audio level-wise or such. Soundtrack Menu compatibility WAS supposed to also be added, but I still need to figure that out, so idk when that'll be ready.

If you're talking about the Soundtrack Menu mod, then no it's not compatible. Wasn't made with the intent of being used with it. I may figure out how to get that working when Repentance drops, but idk.
