When I drive this car, after a few minutes, the engine spontaneously combusts. Why is that?

Submarine Bond car is a cool idea, but for a Lotus Esprit S1 like car, which actually was a sub) (And it looks better as a sub, comparing to not so streamlined Aston Martin DB5)

This Is a EPIC CAR I LOVE IT!!!!! Can I tell you what would be cool? Im just saying you don't have to add it if you want but. Can you make it so that it can turn into a submarine? Now that would make the car even cooler! Tell me if you want to do this. I just like da idea :3
