not that i'm aware of
the way this is applied is through a campaign effect, the historical and custom battles are unaffected. you would need a mod that changes the faction/units you want to use through the land_units_tables and those stat changes will not be player only.
if you can find someone good at .lua scripting, i think they could make a script that does the stat changes as player only.
it applies but the projectiles have a hard cap at like 300m so it's a bit pointless
"cai_variables" has entries that may help you if you want to look into it but i'm not adding such drastic changes to ai (and it may cause conflicts with overhauls) to this mod

if so, it should be automatic just un-sub and re-sub
it seems that it is just a user interface bug, when firing rate exceeds 100 it appears as 0
i mean the archers are still firing just not quickly, sorry i cant be of more help
But it doesn't apply in mk1212. I searched for things that apply in mk1212 but it didn't exist so I asked you. I think it's hard for anyone related to mk1212 to solve it.
