Given that you're not on the server, please do a push request for the repository, next time I won't ask where the manual is, just post it. Also, the process to add manuals there isn't automatic, as the maintainers NEED the manual so that it can be added to the website.

Where is the manual? If you're waiting for it to show up on the repository then you need to provide one, as it isn't even bundled with the mod.
