Can you put him as a player model into garrys mod?

I know you have stopped working on Mega Man custom characters in 3D and I don't know if you will return on the Mega Man character in the future but you have made a custom 3D character called Drill Man from Fully Charged. The thing is that you have deleted the model from your workshop but, by luck as I like his Fully Charged design, I have a copy on him on my computer so I wanted to know if you will reupload him (if you still have his model) or if you give me the permission for reupload the Fully Charged version of him if I credit you in the description please?
