Hey, so I know you probably haven't looked at this Mod in a while, but I think it messes with the Empire mode introduced in Star Kings? Seems to make the Mods purchasable with Imperial renown cost 0 renown.

It's a modification of base game values so as long as they didn't introduce new cosmite cost values in Star Kings. It should work.
