To do this yourself simply take a container that shows the items inside (oxygen, railgun, extinguisher, weapon holder), then make take the item you want to put in it and add the correct tag (oxygensource, railgunshell... etc) and drag it over the container while holding shift to put it inside. Afterwards just make the container invisible and non interactible and move it to the correct depth.
These are just assemblies. So there are no dependencies whatsoever. Just open the collection "submarine" map in your editor and copy paste (or save as assemblies) them to your submarine. Everything is strictly vanilla, so you do not even need this item activated once you have copied the assemblies to your submarine.
Reason I ask, is due to some other items really being server mods that you cant use a sub with if it's not installed.
