You are using two mods that change the sizes of the npcs. They are probably mixing values of size. xd
You gotta decide which one of the mods you gonna keep using. =s

Yes i understand. However, as i said in my comment it is literally 90% of NPCs. It's heavily biased / skewed towards EXTREME body types and proportions. It's not just "Some" NPCs, it's "Basically all" of the NPCs.

I can't believe this mod isn't 5 stars, doesn't make sense at all.

I prefer this mod cuz I don't feel like playing animelike chara in Kenshi. To me, it just doesn't feel right. So, I prefer this mod, cuz I have only big momma sheks and all the others characters are normal. =)

So is this normal? I have this mod + the body change mods for Bijin and JRPG vanilla, as i have those two both installed too but now pretty much 90% of NPCs are wide and tall af, some with thighs 20x larger than their heads and its to the point that its rather...ugly, to be honest. I wouldn't mind it if it wasn't so often but literally 90% of NPCs are HUGE in almost every way, it seems very skewed towards this. Any way to fix this?

How can I activate that modification screen when the character is already created? With a button? Any NPC?

Is there a way to patch this so it only effects player made characters? It's great to make your own character but I still prefer a vanilla feel.

There is no JRPG compatibility patch.
You can get a hint from this mod.
You should be able to overwrite or create a patch by opening editor_data_ in Notepad with the contents of the race mod you want to edit and then editing it.

Okey, nevermind, thank you ALOT, it actually worked flawlessly after i realized i wasnt doing exactly what you suggested.

I did that, i opened the file with notepad, and i changed the values for shoulder, on every race, for female and male, but nothing happens when i open the game.

Open editor_data_bijn and editor_data_bijnSL in it by editing
The shoulders are on the body item and need to be set twice, one on the top and one on the bottom.
