In all seriousness Mirai Nikki was never really my thing. Name coincidences are fun.
I'll just uninstall and re-install everything and see what happens.
But thanks for taking the time though hope i didnt make you go through a headache.
Maybe it's one of the other mods?
(note i have no idea how the reply system works so ill just post again sorry)
Anyways to answer the question i would go with yes and no.
The thing is by the time i lay my third city i see these city names that belong to other mod civs.
And when i have my third city laid down every other civ at most have four or five cities laid down and they cant grow any faster cause i have a increase barbarian spawn mod in which they do what they always do except with greater numbers.
I dont want to say its a major cause it seems like it isnt but i just keep finding it weird that when i play as cthulhu and lay down my second city it ends up being called "local Zoo".
Usually lay my send city by the 12 turn so i know that most of the other civ have at most three or four cities.
Oh and i usually play on immortal and emperor difficulty in case your wondering.
Also, Attila steals city names by default.
Apperantly when playing against her somehow the city names tend to mix with other civs and they end up generating cities with same names. (Primaraly "Local Zoo" and "Destiny land")
Other than that everything else seems to run smoothly.
To experience the glory of being OP for oneself, one can change "HidamariMonsterHuman=false" to "true".
[the Yuno AI receives +50% to wonder production, and wonders produce +5 Culture, and +3 Science, Gold, and Happiness]"
Warning: breaks savegames
Significantly changes the internal workings of Yuno (now that I have more modfu). The wonder trait should now work much more smoothly and even properly displays bonus science and happienss in the tech tree and game menus (though not bonus culture, which is added to global culture and doesn't contribute to hotel, etc. tourism). Of note is that the wonder happiness is local happiness rather than the former global happiness.
Gives the Yuno AI significant AI-only boosts to Wonder Production and Wonder yields. The justification here is that the Yuno AI usually plays poorly and is never a threat to win, but the only civ AIs that are a real threat to win are the science turtles (the old G&K Korea) and the aggressive city-spammers (Alexander, etc.). Neither of those are very Yuno.
btw, those with technical savvy who want to try multiplayer mods can try: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?p=13438401
This version is 100% guaranteed to break save games, so don't update if you want to finish an old game.
Changes to Yuno's trait:
Yuno now always starts near Marble.
Tile cost reduction is now 15% instead of 25%.
Changes to Yuno's bias:
Bias changed back from River/Hills to Ocean/Hills.
Yuno's AI Flavors slightly adjusted:
Now favors science and growth more, gold less. Is slightly more willing to declare war.
Cultural Overview has been updated to use: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=523258
Among other things, it should be more compatible.
Note: I have allowed the free Hidamari-sou if you take legalism after already building a monument to stand. It's minor, difficult to fix, and slightly interesting.
Dunno what's going on with the cargo ships. What other mods do you have installed? Can you try a game with just this mod?
If you're willing to dig a little, you can look in C:\Users\[Your User name]\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS\Art and see if you have HidamariSou45.dds, HidamariSou64.dds, HidamariSou128.dds, and HidamariSou256.dds. If you're missing any of those images, that would be your issue.
It's also possible one of the images is corrupted. Though could be fixed by redownload. You can use the non-steam download above if you're having problems with steam.
(There's more exotic possibilities, i.e. hard drive bad sector, etc. but let's rule out the obvious ones first)
Ah, I never thought about the art high schools that way. Though a weakness is that it doesn't give any theming bonuses. I haven't tried it in higher difficulties, but in my prince playthrough I rushed to radio and had museums without too much difficulty, I used spies against Korea to catch up in tech.
I was also able to achieve a cultural victory before hotels and airports. So I actually can't say much about the bonus.
The +1 science early game could potentially be overpowered, but definitely not as broken as Railgun Civ. You could have the Hidamari Civ gain +1 science for each wonder after researching Mathematics in the Classical Era and then +2 with architecture.
The +1 culture per wonder definitely shows up as tourism later after hotels/airports, and lets you policy faster (though the Hidamari-sou is much more important for that), but it is a little hard to notice. I'm considering replacing +1 gold per wonder with +1 science (+2 with architecture), because that would be much more directly useful and help counter her biggest weakness, which is getting buried by someone as Korea. The reason I didn't before was balance concers. Do you think it would be overpowered?
But it does feel much less impactful than the Hidamari-sou. I really like the Hidamari-sou. The Art High School doesn't feel that exciting.
(Playthrough on Prince since I am a noob)
Thoughts: This was pretty challenging to play against a science/wonder heavy civ like Korea, actually, I think korea would be a perfect counter to Hidamari. The reduced tile cost is very nice, and I would have loved to have abused it further with Angkor Wat but Korea beat me to it, and there was no way I could have save-scumed to get it in time. The biggest thing with cultural is it's weakness in science. I was in a constant battle with Korea to build wonders. What made things even more annoying was that Korea decided to go cultural as well. The one problem I have with the UA is that the +1 to happiness, gold, and culture don't seem to benefit me to any significant degree. I'd rather it give me a +1 tourism or +2 science bonus per wonder after archaeology is discovered or something.
The art highschool however seems quite pointless in comparison. By the time you get to the point where you can build them you should have enough slots in museums or opera houses. I never once used it, there was no benefit. Even a simple +1 culture if slot is filled would suffice. Something other than a bland building re-skinning.
The music was really good. Hummed to every minute of it.
Overall, pretty good balanced civ. 8/10.
I never was able to find any of the unique art though...
Also added 5 Hidamari themed Great Works of Art. Collect them all!
Well, I guess we'll find out now then.
This update focuses primarily on various adjustments to the experience of playing against Yuno, so you should experience a big difference in the diplomacy text you get when talking to her. The AI should play moderately better, as well.
The big gameplay change is that Hidamari-sou is moved from Theology to Drama and Poetry. This is to prevent a tradition-focused Yuno AI from beelining Theology really hard and then building Hagia Sophia etc. way too early. The AI does better with this...but it makes playing as Yuno probably more OP.
Hmm, you have an epic number of mods installed. I'm going to have a hard time loading this.
I think instead I'll just push the update out, and see if that fixes your problem. You were using the most recent version of this mod, right? I was able to load a savefile from before my last update and play a few turns, so it should be fine as long as it's not a file from way back when. I marked the mod a while back as "does not affect saved games", but anything before that probably gets borked.

Whoops, first I had to reply to you with a tag. There's an update incoming that addes/fixes a lot of her diplomatic tag, as well as the local/global happiness thing, but I'm waiting for Thursday to update.
Also, if you play for a long time in one sitting, the soundtrack might eventually switch to normal...and then later it might switch back. I've never been clear on why it does this.
Just to make sure that's the issue, can you compare the number of wonders+colloseums etc. to the size of the city? Or just post a save file; that works too.
