I updated the mod for the latest version (as of now), the values edited by this mod are:
jump_velocity_x, velocity_min_x and velocity_max_x. I also made the speedup a bit less than 50% bc that was too fast for me. Here's the updated player_base.xml, just copy the contents into "workshop\content\881100\2191356126\data\entities\player_base.xml"

Thanks to this mod I immediately got to the boss on my first run thanks to not falling asleep at the 3rd temple

Theres a weird bug with this mod where all of the music note songs dont work, making it impossible to do quest like the dark chest or summon the portal. Still a good mod if you dont need those though

Oh thank God. That slow Winnie the Pooh plodding along was really beginning to grind my last nerve when moving across the surface. I really don't understand why they don't give you a 'run' button. I get that the dude is in long robes, but he's supposed to be a wizard, right? Why can't he just magic himself a shorter robe for moving faster?!

If anyone's wondering, this was just a personal tweak that I figured I may as well make public. I have no plans on working on it further.

This mod breaks the GOD mode mod.

makes the game much more enjoyable to play, but i think 50% is an over-correction. an option to change it to 25% would be nice

is it the same speed as faster movement perk?
