Can you also add glowing particles to chest mimics? Because with this mod they're a dead giveaway because they don't actually show those particles.

(same probably can also be applied for the heart mimics with the other mod)

Pushed an update to make the chest particles more solid golden (also one for hearts).

Considering that the mod author replied to the previous comment on April 1st, it's hard to discern if it's serious or not.

But I CAN say that it would be incredibly funny if they did absolutely nothing from this point forward.

hey author! same what helios said below, i also modified the files for my playthrough so the chests glow in more of a golden aura, and hearts a shade of pink; hope this helps? https://i.imgur.com/09ZtqQP.png

Turns out its actually really easy to change the color of the glow, all that's needed is to change the values for
color.r/g/b in SpriteParticleEmitterComponent. With your permission I could do it, unless you'd rather update your mod yourself, whatever you like.

Possibly; I don't quite understand how color codes are giving the color it has now, it's just copied from wands. Might be possible to experiment with it a bit, and it's an interesting idea.

Can you make the glow on chests a more golden-yellow colour, and the glow on hearts more pink-red in colour? That would be awesome if so.

It would probably be pretty hard to add the glow to enemies now that I think about it, but it would be a cool feature

Works perfectly and does what it says on the tin, but mimic chests have no glow, telling me that theyre fake chests
